The Beacon Group
Beacon is the region’s largest source of employment for people with disabilities. They can presently serve only 1,600 individuals – or “clients”. When the building expansion is completed they will be able to 50% more clients and families. Long Cares has committed to “The Dignity of Work” building fund over a 4-year period.

The Cats in the Community Day project provided the opportunity for U of A students and faculty to work with local businesses to improve and enhance 3 of the Primavera Foundation’s buildings, serving Tucson’s most at-risk people – homeless men, women, children and families.
